For all rentals between March 15 and mid-December (regardless of the duration): The rental price does NOT include linen or cleaning. Tenants must provide their own sheets, towels, bath mats, hand towels, and tea towels. CLEANING MUST BE DONE BY TENANTS AT THE END OF THE STAY. Nearest covered public parking: Parking Salon des Dames, only 5 minutes away on foot (700m), paid during winter season (approx. €75 for 7 days), free in summer and off-season.

Other notes:

Ski boots and skis must be stored in the lockers on level -1.
A lively bar (Le Grenier), a summer guinguette (Le River Top), and restaurants Le Grenier and La Calèche are located on the ground floor of the building.
A nightclub (L'Écluse) is located in the basement of the residence: opening days and hours vary depending on the season. Noise disturbances possible.
