「Tengo muchas cosas en primer lugar no habían tuallas, el papel higiénico estaban sucios y nacidos, las camas estaban con insectos que nos picaron a todos y tengo fotos de evidencia, la piscina estaba sucia, las teles de los cuartos no funcionan, la lavadora tenía ropa mojada en ella. Nos prometieron pases a palma real y nunca se nos fue dado ya que era una villa la que yo había reservado pero no tenía energía y nos cambiaron a la casa de playa y el guardia de la casa entraba y salía como Juan...
