Impossible de joindre l’hôte. Appels chez abritel la veille qui a su joindre l’hôte. Je devais recevoir un mail avec instructions le jour de l’arrivée 1h avant check-un cad 16h. Superstressant sur la route de ne rien avoir. À 17h30, après plusieurs appels chez abritel, l’hôte a envoyé les codes. Honteux. Appartement sous équipé en éclairage : salle de bain 1 spot sur 3 au dessus de l’évier, bain mais douche impossible (dans l’obscurité), cuisine/salon avec un spot de jardin au dessus des taques, cabine lits sans lumière!

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, pourvu d'un agréable balcon véranda très lumineux , malheureusement plusieurs manques au strict minimum sont à noter. - Appartement propre et équipé, mais minimaliste . Serviette usagée oubliée dans la salle de bains, paquet de gâteaux dans le placard et glaces dans le congélateur ...- Pas de bonde dans l'évier, pas de poubelle dans la cuisine !!! Pas de pelle balayette, plusieurs ampoules manquantes. Trois bols, seulement, un peu juste. - Des informations manquantes (les avons-nous ratées ?) concernant l'accès au parking et au local poubelles de l'immeuble. - Enfin er surtout, sachez que si vous louez cet appartement, vois ne recevrez les indications pour intégrer le logement qu'une heure avant l'arrivée. L'annonce ne le précise pas, c'est dommage. Nous avons donc, inquiets, commencé par appeler Abritel avant de partir. Une petite précision dans l'annonce l'aurait évité. Puisque sur place, tout était prêt.

Le logement était très bien situé avec une grande vue sur toutes les pistes de ski. ce que je trouve déplorable, c’est qu’on puisse avoir accès à ce logement qu’à partir de 17 heures et on nous demande de le quitter à 10h du matin ou à 9h55 il y avait déjà la dame de ménage qui était devant la porte c’est limite surtout quand on a des enfants .
