L’appartement est idéalement situé sur une très belle partie de la plage de la Baule. Le marché et les commerces se trouvent à 500m, ce qui est pratique pour tout faire à pied. Une superbe terrasse permet de profiter d’une vue magnifique sur toute la plage et la baie, c’est un spectacle permanent du matin au soir. Le studio est très bien équipé et agencé astucieusement grâce à des lits escamotables très confortables. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques et disponibles, ils sont même venus nous accueillir à la gare. Merci pour ce séjour !

Excellent séjour dans un appartement impeccable dans une résidence très propre et très sécurisée. Le confort est bien présent, tout a été mis à disposition par les propriétaires qui nous ont réservé un accueil des plus chaleureux. Le garage fermé en sous sol est vraiment un plus. La terrasse et la vue qu'elle offre sont exceptionnelles. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location.
