The rooms were extremely small and the staff just seemed absolutely incompetent. As soon as we got to the first desk, there was another group arguing with the front desk and I should have took that as a sign. The staff was not diligent at all when it came to the check in process. There were different people just trying to figure out the same thing. Additional upfront charges like breakfast and accommodations fees. The lady gave us cards and never told us the room until I asked. Just wasn’t a pleasant experience from the start and regret spending my money here.
