"Starting with the positive, the location is very good. Easy to get into the city or to and from airport/train station. As for the issues, communication was poor. This might be a result of the host, or the booking service (hotels.com), or my phone not working well out of the country. We did not get check in information until requesting it, wifi passwords were incorrect, and how to handle garbage/kitchen quirks did not exist. On top of this, none of the contact numbers worked so we could not...

"Ok sovefasilitet. Lang vei til frokost, i sol gjekk det bra. Trist og lite fristande frokostbuffe. Ost som såg ut/smakte som skosålar. Sakna tomat, agurk og anna tilbehør. Ein god salat, og Norwegia. "

"This place was beautiful! The host is super polite and helpful! Highly recommend and if we ever go back to Norway definitely staying here again. The only minor issue is Expedia advertising one price and then charging extra for more than one person. So look at the prices before you book. Not the owners or the propertys fault though. "

"The host was very engaging and welcoming. The stairs up to our room in this quaint Norwegian home were steep for our suitcases. The room did not seem level, we needed to sleep away from the wall to have our heads above our feet. The views are spectacular and the sound of the waterfall soothing. It was nice to be able to make coffee in the morning before leaving. There is not a hair dryer and the home is significantly above the town and restaurants."

"We stayed for one night and also ate both dinner and breakfast here. We were happy with our stay. The people who manage the space were helpful and friendly. We appreciated their hard work. Everything was clean. The pub-type food, while nothing extraordinary, was enjoyable and - again - the service was good and prompt. This is not a "hotel" in the same way that a Scandic or Radisson is. It is a guest-house, with rooms, bathrooms and beds similar to those you might find at a summer-camp. ...

"Property was clean and cozy. Location to everything in Bergen is perfect for walks to just about anywhere. Plenty of restaurants and conveniences needed for traveling. Only negative was the neighbors which isn’t the responsibility of the property owner. If you’re a light sleeper such as myself it may be a problem for you. If that’s not you it’s great. "

"This was a short personal trip to Asker, I just need a place to spent the night, and that was the cheapest place that I found, so it a good place to stay for short terms, is a 15min walking distance to the city center and main train station, the room is comfortable and clean, general speaking is a price- value option, breakfast is not included but you have the kitchen available to cook, warm your food and a kettle to heat up water to prepare your cafe or infusions"

"We arrived late evening and were allocated apartment 1008. After searching, unfortunately, we were not able to find this and went back to the phone in reception and were given a different apartment which was excellent. We looked in daylight but never found 1008."
