Very Convenient Location
This hotel is not very old, so it presents really well. Reception were very helpful. I was leaving for country Japan, so had my large bag taken to Tokyo. Such a great service! The location was excellent too!

Crowded and busy, but that’s because it is a good place to stay. In a quiet neighborhood but convenient for catching buses, accessible to other areas. The rooms were fine, clean, quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful though a little overworked with so many customers

This hotel is very clean. It is a newer hotel that is tastefully designed in Japanese aesthetics. They have used high end materials throughout and the shower and Toto toilet are exceptional quality. All this for a low to medium price. Great value.

Everything about the hotel was excellent, except the beds. They are described as “twin”, which a reasonable person would consider suitable for two people, however they are only a single size. Perhaps that’s a Japan thing but it’s not clear when booking. Even though we booked a room for 2 x adults and 2 x children, and paid an “additional guest fee”, the bedding was inadequate.

This hotel should be rated 5star. It is impeccably clean. The staff are so caring and helpful. The bento box breakfast as great. Great location to everything! This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I have travelled the world and stayed in many! Great value for the luxury experience you are getting

We stayed here for one night. The room was small but clean and functional. The location is really good, easy access to main tourist attractions by city bus and lots of restaurants nearby I stayed in twin room with me and two not-so-young kids, since it let me book it, I thought their twin beds were more like full size, but it really was a room with two twin beds. We pushed the two beds together so it worked, but I should’ve booked a room with more/larger beds. Overall our stay was good.

Family trip to Kyoto
We had the room on the top floor. Although the windows were frosted, our room had a garden in the middle with an ariwell that provided natural daylight. It was exactly as how it looked in the website photos. It was a pleasant stay for our family of 4 adults.

Great Place, the only problem I had was I couldn't sleep at all... it was too hot, in our room. I had to get up every 30 minutes or so to turn back on/down the AC, for some reason, it kept going to 28 and wouldn't stay below that for more than 30 mins to an hour. I don't think I could stay again during the summertime.

Nice, traditional Japanese breakfast. The all-day free hot dashi (broth) drink was a great touch! We always grabbed a mug when returning. Convenient location for work or sightseeing. Convenient sryle room for active baby
Tatami room with beds was convenient and safe to handle stay with active 11 month baby. Nice strong shower. All good. Room was small, but bigger than many you find in Japan.
