Set atop a private 15 acres in Kyneton, Flynns Hill's grand designs style home is the latest in modern luxury accommodation.


Kyneton was once a rest stop for miners on the way to the gold fields. It's now grown into a mecca for culture, relaxation and a destination for the serious foodie. Kyneton is an easy one hour drive or train from Melbourne.


Stay in one of four well appointed bedrooms, each with stunning views. Your hardest decision will be to enjoy a sunset drink on your private deck overlooking the valley towards Spring Hill, spend time with friends around the fire pit or to sink deep in a warm bath and watch the sun go down.  


The spacious main living area will transform a stay from enjoyable to unforgettable.  A large well appointed kitchen complete with a chef's oven and all the right tools will satisfy the casual and more serious cook. Enjoy a book or a game in the library or simply stretch out on the day bed and relax.  


The owners of this property are well travelled, enjoy cooking and with one of the owners a former Five Star Hotel Manager,  they know it's the little touches that transform a stay from enjoyable to unforgettable.

This house is stunning. The layout and decor make for the perfect winter stay. The house is incredibly well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We would loved to have stayed longer. Hosts were readily contactable. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a country getaway.

Exceptional home! The highland coos add to the sense of calm you feel when you walk in the door. The listing photos are accurate & representative of this home. Well appointed kitchen, the island allows for multiple cooks to lend a hand. outdoor terrace perfect for sundowners.We highly recommend this stunning home for a large family stay! Simple lovely

Amazing Place
We travelled as 2 families (with kids at primary ages). Everyone (kids & adults) agreed it is a beautiful and comfortable property to stay. I love the 2 main bedrooms (both with ensuites) are located at the opposite end of the house so there are privacy even though we were staying together. I particularly enjoyed watching the sunset while enjoying dinner. It is a very peaceful property, great to be able to get away from the city life and relax. The host Narelle & Dean are extremely pleasant to deal with. Very prompt with any enquiries and they make you feel welcome. Thank you Narelle & Dean, we would love to return to your property, hopefully soon!

Hard to fault
This is a beautiful property in an ideal location The owners have added so many thoughtful touches like a welcome hamper and tea bags/milk etc. Great amenities like the coffee machine and smart home system (the speakers were the best!) Lots of books and board games to chose from. The house has a great layout for hanging out with friends. Beds are super comfortable and the decor is beautiful. Just as pictured. Gardens are stunning with great valley views. We'd love to come back! Thanks Dean.
