About this space
38 Foot Class A Motorcoach 20 minutes south of Austin. Sleeps 2-4 people. Clean and modern with a full kitchen, shower and private bedroom. Outdoor patio area with rocking chairs, firepit and bar b que. High speed wifi, 2 televisions, and stereo.

Come relax in the country at the Gateway to the Texas Hill Country. Fredericksburg, Dripping Springs and over 70 wineries. 20 Minutes from Austin and 45 Minutes from San Antonio and Riverwalk.

Long term rentals available if needed for relocation.
The space
The Coach is very comfortable with great AC and Central Heat. Carpeting is new we have all the comforts of home. complimentary soda, water and coffee at check-in. Come feed the deer each evening.

Limited to 2 parking spaces / No additional cleaning fees!
Other things to note
There is no inside smoking. Any smoke can ruin the Motorcoach so we must insist on exterior patio smoking only.
