Address is wrong

New and very clean apartment. The owner was super nice. But the address they listed in the internet is totally wrong. Actual address is more than 30 min away by walk from city center. It was disappointing.

Everything in this posting is completely wrong. This a college dorm not a hotel. Drunken college kids running around screaming all hours of the night. Construction begins promptly at 7:30am. Trash bags left by the elevators. The so called stove is a hot plate. They don't offer slippers or complimentary toiletries like the amenities states. There is no complimentary bottled water. They say their beds feature premium bedding, this means there's a sheets and comforter only and there's nothing premium about them. The complimentary wireless Internet access, well you get kicked off of it constantly with all the college kids surfing it and when it does work, it's beyond slow. Oh, dont expect any taxi or Uber being able to find this address on any map. The listed phone numbers don't work. Had to look them up on the internet and finally got the phone number to the owner who gave me a number to contact some lady who runs the property for him. Needless to say, I had to spend several nights at my friends flat in Kiev just to be able to get some sleep. Don't rent this place, it's horrible.

Not bad but not good as expected

there were repair works on the neighbour rooms and they started knocking on the walls at 8 A.M. And the walls at all are thin, we could here everything outside on our floor

This place is an absolute shambles. No heating, minimal hot water and we didn't receive the sleeping configuration we requested which resulted in someone having to sleep on the cold floor. Staff were extremely rude when we raised our issues, and stated the room we booked didn't exist in the property. Photos are fake, and look nothing like the rooms booked. There were no smoke alarms and exposed wiring. We had booked in for three nights and left after a few hours of arrival to another property.

Best low cost place around!

I had a great stay at this place. It’s a brand new building, in a safe neighborhood in walking proximity to the city. At this price point you don’t get any higher quality, and I’ve stayed a few places in Kyiv. Landlord speaks perfect English, is very sweet and was tolerant to wait for my arrival. A++

O apartamento é muito bom

Chegamos em torno das 9 horas da noite. Fomos em outro endereço para pegar a chave do apartamento, porém uma senhora sem entender muito bem o ingles e muito mal humorada, deu-nos a chave e não nos informou corretamente a localização do apartamento, porque a entrada fica dentro de um espaço com vários prédios e coincidentemente tinha o número 3 em 2 prédios . Depois do stress, porque a senhora que cuidava do outro prédio,, igualmente mal humorada, começou a gritar na língua nativa e não entendíamos nada, mas no final nos achamos , porque ligamos no número que foi nos oferecido. Quando chegamos no apartamento vimos que ficaríamos bem acomodados. Ficamos 2 dias e prolongamos por mais 1 por mudanças de plano. O papel higiênico e sabonete deixados para os 2 dias foram insuficientes. solicitamos mais mas só repuseram o papel.

Kold og kedelig, senge som i 50’erne, kun redt op til 2 selvom der var bestilt til 3 (2 børn og 1 voksen). Ca 2 km fra udgangspunkt i beskrivelsen. Ejendom under renovering, beskidt på gange. Ikke muligt at ringe på det anførte nummer. 1 håndklæde til deling.

This apartment is not the apartment that’s on hotels.com it was no we’re near the location the room was small I stay here for 6 nights not once did my room get cleaned I arranged for a the hotel taxi to pick us up at the airport but no taxi turned up when we got a taxi to the apartment the taxi driver could find the apartment because as we know now the apartment was 5 miles away would never recommend this apartment

Good Value!

The property was located at a different street but that was ok. A casual walk of about 25 minutes will get you to the Maidan and approximately 20 minutes will get you to the major mall Gulliver. The apartment is located amongst college apartments and near a college for the arts. It is also located near a military training base. There are a few nice restaurants nearby. The apartment is clean and fairly quiet as they have noise rules. It is a simple apartment and for the money you cannot beat it. I only stayed for a week and only ate in a couple of times but the apartment is furnished with a refrigerator and a small electric cook top you can cook simple meals with. The apartment I was in was wide open and had a strange wall next to the kitchen counter so if you took one step back you would hit it. It was fine as I said I didn't cook anything so it didn't affect me. I did laugh because my two local friends thought the bathroom was odd. The bathroom, nice sized, had your sink, toilet, and shower. The shower was not separate from the toilet. It actually reminded me of how Vietnam bathrooms are. So if you want a shower with some privacy from the rest of the bathroom it is not there. Over all I enjoyed my stay and didn't have any complaints.

Located between Police Academy and University

New building/apartment. Shuttle was late for pickup at airport on arrival. Bare bones furniture. Bed hard. Single stool. No sofa. No chairs. Lots of noise with barking dogs from police academy. A few nights there was construction noise. A few nights were loud music. Manager was helpful with laundry and shuttle to airport for departure home.
