The organisation of my very early shuttle to the airport was done, but when the car arrived, the staff called the wrong room on the phone so I was not informed!! On the whole, not really worth what I paid for the room."

"Great value, but the hotel was a bit tired. Room was very basic and we asked to be moved to the front of the hotel to a room with a balcony and they kindly obliged. The second room was much nicer overall. Breakfast was simple, with a small buffet and eggs cooked to order. Location was excellent close to the lake and some good restaurants. Walking distance to the Victoria Mall and public transport. Complimentary airport shuttle is included, just don't forget to request it in advance. "
