Super mega fantastic hotel , felt like a mega star , staff amazing and happy , Uber friendly especially the reaction girl xx

The wifi did not work for longer than ten seconds unless I left the network and hopped back on it again. For someone who works remotely, this was awful. I barely got any work done. You can't turn on the jets in the hot tub without tapping on the glass and motioning for the employees to turn it on for you. The dry sauna was not hot enough and the mixture for the hot stones was not good, it made our eyes sting so much we had to leave the room. I asked specifically if I could use the spa during my last hour before checkout. Still, upon checkout the same employees said they were searching for me and had messaged my phone because they "didn't know where I was."
