Very pretty hotel, we loved our stay there and very much recommend it, we don’t have any complain

The room was clean and the hotel is located right by a bus station. The area was convenient and not too loud.

Lovely room and excellent staff. Breakfast was very poor. Long wait for tables and western breakfast options were limited and hot food was cold.

The location of the hotel is perfect! The room itself is very nice. However, there was never any staff at the front desk. We were emailed a manual on how to use the washing machine, but our machine was different than in the manual, and it was difficult to figure it out. Also, the water in the shower was hard to figure out. There were no instructions on that, and once we figured out how it worked, we never figured out how to get warm water, so we had to shower with cool water the whole time we were there.

They don't include regular room service and the size of the room was too small. It's not a bad hotel, but the location is not the best.
