"Petersons Apt A" has one bedroom with a Queen, and one with a Pyramid Bunk (twin over full, with a trundle below). There is also a day bed in the living area, also with a trundle. The kitchen is small but efficient and will serve your family well while you’re at the beach although there is no dishwasher or washer/dryer.

Everyone will love people watching from the porch and taking in the gorgeous sunrise. You'll probably see a pod of dolphins swim by so greet them with a friendly wave. You may never want to leave; but if you do, you'll find plenty to do with shops and restaurants nearby, along with the fishing pier, the NC Aquarium and historic Fort Fisher. The beach is a short stroll across the street to the public beach access.

Stay Requirements: Flexible arrivals in summer with a minimum of 3-night stay. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Twin, 1 Pyramid (Twin/Full), 2 Twin Trundles.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

**Note: This home is equipped with air conditioning but does not include access to a thermostat. The temperature is left at 73 degrees and can be adjusted upon request.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
