On the face of it this is a nice hotel with lovely staff, setting, and luxurious feel. It just lets itself down with money grabbing and greed. Charging for towels, life jackets, sunbeds, swimming access, and snacks for ₩19k is scary. There is almost nothing included apart from the room itself... you are constantly walking around prepared to pay for almost anything.
They need to start charging sensibly.
We enjoyed our stay and benefitted from a reception mix up. Just left feeling slightly robbed!

We had a nice stay here… the owner was there to greet us when we arrived to check in, and even though we were early, he had our room ready and allowed us to check in early. He was friendly and even gave us a few recommendations of where to visit while we stayed.
We stayed in a traditional ondol room, so it was nostalgic for me, having grown up in Jeonju, but if you’re not accustomed to sleeping on the floor, you might want to opt for a room that has a bed.
We loved the location since it was located within the tourist area, so there were plenty of shopping and dining options, all within walking distance. We’ll definitely consider staying here again if we visit Jeonju in the future.
