The down sides are both the fact that in order to go to Ella you must take a tuktuk. The owner taking advantage of the hotel isolation from the city and chrges unusually expensive rate for breakfast, whuch we were not informed in advance. 2 family breakfast cost as much as a night's stay in the hotel."

Its location is also ideal for exploring nearby attractions, including Little Adam’s Peak and Ravana Ella. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Sachini, who provided truly world-class guest service with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful breakfast service. The staff asked us the night before what we would prefer for breakfast, and everything was prepared fresh and served right on time. "Amazing place. Can’t fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Spa was amazing in a very scenic set up. Secluded yet just a few mins drive to main city centre. Pool area is nice but the pool is rather small. Breakfast is very good, made to order. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didn’t have time to try. Overall fully recommend."
