入室の案内をメール送信してもらいましたが、鍵の置き場所がわからず、確認に40分ほどかかりました。キーボックス→南京錠型のキーボックスであること、南京錠型のキーボックスは建物の外にあることなどをもう少し丁寧に伝えないと、ポストボックスや宅配ボックスをキーボックスと間違えてしまいます。お部屋のコンディションは良かっただけに、入室の案内だけが不親切で残念でした。

市電の駅、JRの駅も近く、便利な場所で静かなところで良かったです。 熊本城の近くで徒歩で散歩にも出れます。 コンディショナーインシャンプー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープ、洗濯機、洗剤、調理器具、炊飯器、レンジ、冷蔵庫、ケトルもあり不自由なく滞在することができました。 また機会があれば利用したいです。
