"Wie ist sehr zentral, direkt an der Haupteinkaufsstraße gelegen (etwas zurückgesetzt nach hinten) und dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sauber und alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Zum Strand und zur Promenade sind es ca 5/6 Gehminuten. Genug Restaurant befinden sich gleich um die Ecke und ein Edeka ist in ca. 6/7 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gern wieder!"

"Schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe. Etwas verwirrend war die Beschreibung wo genau die Wohnung ist. Im Parkhaus war der richtige Ausgang nicht angegeben,so dass wir mit unserem Gepäck erst im falschen Gebäude standen. Wohnung soweit ok, Terrassentisch allerdings nicht sauber. Ausserdem waren auf den Schonbezügen der Betten Haare. Die Kopfkissen müssten dringend erneuert werden, sowie der Waschtisch. Der ist ausserdem für Zwerge bzw.Kinder,extrem niedrig. Ausserdem wäre es schön,wenn...

"Wir, als kleine Familie hatten eine schöne Zeit in Kühlungsborn. Die FeWo war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Tiefgaragen Situation ist etwas merkwürdig und selbst mit unseren Kombi war dies leider etwas schwieriger, jedoch ist dies in der FeWo Beschreibung vermerkt. Zu Fuß war der Strand gut erreichbar und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren zu Fuß zu erreichen."

"Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet. Super Lage in Strandnähe. Allerdings ist das Schlafzimmer sehr klein. Nur wenig Bewegungsfläche neben dem relativ schmalen Doppelbett. Wir haben die Wohnung wirklich nur zum Übernachten genutzt und sind tagsüber unterwegs gewesen. Dann ist das o.k. Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr gut. Die kleinen aufgetretenen Probleme wurden sofort bearbeitet. Kann man sehr empfehlen."

"Es war nicht nur die Ferienwohnung super, auch Kühlungsborn hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Ort ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Es gibt sehr viele öffentliche kostenlose Sanitäranlagen, die fast alle in einem guten Zustand waren. Man kann Kühlungsborn als Ferienort unbedingt weiter empfehlen."

"Wohnung dreckig, Es haben sich noch Essensreste im Kühlschrank befunden sowie altes Hundefutter auf dem Fußboden. Die Lage ist top, unweit zum Strand. Wären wir länger geblieben, dann hätten wir eine andere Unterkunft gewählt."

"Die Unterkunft war schön, zwar an Hauptstraße und Schlafzimmer zur Straße (morgens Berufsverkehr) aber wir sind eh Frühaufsteher. Tolle große Terrasse über ganze Seite. Es müssten lediglich mal die Schranktüren nachgeschaut werden (teilweise defekt) und Leuchtmittel in Lampen ersetzt. Einkaufspromenade und Gaststätten waren ganz in Nähe. Zum Strand auch nicht weit und überall tolle Spielplätze für kids. Ich liebe auch diese Sauberkeit in den Kurorten. Komme gern wieder."
