Location was mixed as very close to the blowhole attraction, one small Beach with coral and over longer bay with quiet waves; however it's a long way from a supermarket, bus stop or restaurant and up some rocky steps uphill which was difficult for my partner who was using crutches. As a Gold status member, I was pleasantly surprised to receive the highest room upgrade available, and the entire team went above and beyond to make my stay special. A special mention to the Front Desk Manager and the Property Head—two of the kindest and most gracious hospitality professionals I have had the pleasure of meeting. Their personal attention and genuine care made all the difference. The property itself is beautiful, with a charming boutique feel, lovely spaces to relax, and excellent food throughout the stay. Every detail reflected thoughtful hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction. An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.
