Could be better.

The room was really small but ok, the problem was the airconditioing the was hot the bathroom exhaust fan would not turn off it was loud and the toilet was so close to the shower glass you could not sit on it properly you had to sit on it sideways a real hassel when it came to wiping your arse.

Book 3 room no 201 look good but power tip after midnight from 1-3am technically could not sleep with staff in and out. Room 205 the aircon blower was so noisy throughout the stay extremely at night. Have a very bad stay at this hotel. The breakfast is also very lousy. Nasi lemak with only chilli no chicken whatsoever.

great hotel if you don’t need wifi in your room

Everything was fine ,location was great for street shopping at China town right in front of the front entrance, free Kuala Lumpur KL go bus about 200 meters ar Pasar Seni took us around for free. Lots of food restaurant and hawkers stores next to the hotel but the only Thing that will deter us to stay at this hotel is there is no wifi in our room even though several attempts had been made by the hotel, it just did not work (425) our room number on the 4 Th floor even though it’s a deluxe room rather than a standard room , years ago we just booked a standard room they put us on the 5 Th or 6 Th floor and everything worked great. So if you don’t need wifi in your room or you need wifi for a short while then this hotel is just great as wifi works well at the lobby and the cafe restaurant downstairs where the waiters are still friendly and helpful. ANN receptionist at front desk was trying her best.

The wifi was atrocious,changing passwords every few days,very slow when it worked. Staff needed better training when dealing with problems.the view out my window was of an abondened hi rise.to get to yr room had to use two different lifts with a long walk in between. Room cards had to b replaced twice as didnt work. No help from staff with luggage.if yr oldet or have a lot of stuff,dont rely on staff for help.they advertise the hotel as a “international hip hotel” hahaha...as hip as a broken hip

場所が便利

パサールセニ駅から徒歩6分位です。無料路線パスのパープルラインの始発駅です。移動に非常に便利な場所です。スタッフの方も皆さん親切です。朝食も品数は少ないですが美味しいです。頼めばその場でオムレツを焼いてくれます。今回、2回目の利用です。

It is very close to MRT station and you will find plenty of restaurants (nothing fancy but good value for money). The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The air conditioner is a bit weak and it took more than an hour to cool down the room. You can’t really complain for such a price. For breakfast, you have a choice of western and oriental foods. The coffee and croissant are good!

Average stay as the place is in need of TLC. Suffered two blackouts in the room latter being the day we had to check out. Fortunately had a spare power bank for my phone torch. Other than that location was great and very convenient.

Swiss Inn Hotel KL doesn’t Live up to it name. We have Negative Experience while living in the hotel during our trip here in Kuala Lumpur. The Only good thing about the hotel was it location which was at the heart of China town and very near to the Alor night market. During our first Day, we have trouble checking in as the hotel staff cannot find our booking number. We had a printed version of the booking number given to the hotel staff they cannot find our booking number. I found this situation to be very unusual, as normally the hotel receptionist only requires our passport and one Booking number and we would have our room. This hotel requires three separate Booking number when all the booking was done by a friend of ours. The book in time was 3pm for this hotel, we were reached the hotel reception by 1pm. And we are required to pay 100MYR (for each room) for early check in. When I asked the Receptionist Annie whether there were available room, she gave a “high and mighty” look and avoid answering. If there are room available why not just let us book in early without paying the 100MYR as we already had booked early before we arrived at KL? And if there are really no room available, why was there a need to pay for 100MYR? And when the room was ready, no call was given to us despite we had already given our Malaysia phone number to the receptionist. Our friend we did our booking end up had to called expedia to retrieve additional booking number, isn’t this the hotel recept

外見よりも中は綺麗でした。複雑な構造という口コミがありましたが食事をするレストランの行き方が最初はわからなかつたです。スタッフの説明通りに行ったら迷わず行けました。朝食は毎日同じような感じでしたが品数も多くて美味しかったです。部屋は窓なしでしたが広くて綺麗。お茶もポットもミネラルウォーター二本ついて満足です。不満はコンセント口が一つだけということとwifiが繋がらないことでした。レストラン側から出入りすると駅から近いしレストラン側が屋根つきの商店街に面してるので買い物に便利でした。この値段でこのクオリティならまた宿泊するのも有りです。

where do i begin? 1. First of all the wifi does NOT work!!! You're only allowed to have one device connected but don't even bother since it won't work. 2. In our bathroom there where small insects that looked like mosquitos and would come back no matter how many times you killed them. 3. The hotel is build like a maze. To get to floor 3-7 you have to take the elevator to floor 2, walk for a bit, go down a flight of stairs, through a door, up a flight of stairs, walk again, take the elevator to your floor. 4. Our room had no windows which was not mentioned in the room description! If it was we would not have stayed here. 5. The hotel played the same Sam Smith song on repeat every hour of every day for the week we stayed there. Besides all of this the room was small but decent. Staff was polite and did their job. Location was great; On the same street as Petaling market but a 15 min Cab ride to the pavilion and restaurants.
