Guest access
Step 1: After arriving Guardhouse at our address, our Housekeeper will waiting you at the waiting area.
Step 2: You may call inform our Housekeeper 10 min before you arriving. Once meet up our Housekeeper, he will guide you where to parking your car and guide you go in the unit.
Step 3: The building's access card is used for the elevator system, lobby access and parking access.
Step 4: Please follow the instruction sent to you via phone to unlock the digital lock.

Remark: Before Check in , the guest shall pay the Deposit RM 300 per check in. (will inform thru Phone)
The Deposit RM 300 shall be refund after check out 3 working days, with unit condition everything is in good condition.
