Room was facing the front and sound insulation of the glass doors to the balcony was poor. As a result it was noisy at night with cars and bikes with modified exhaust zooming past. We booked the room for 3 persons but towels and linens were only provided for 2. Service hours were limited and we didn't noticed the lack missing linen and towel until late night, as such one of us had to use a spare t-shirt as towel and another used a personal towel and hoodie as blanket. Messaged the service executive next morning for additional linen and towel which were promptly delivered - a saving grace. Glass of the shower cubicle was badly stained with mold and I found an uneaten pack of sambal prawns in the kitchen cupboard upon check-in which stink up the entire room - was that why the balcony door was left open when I check-in?
Request cleaning fees of 70 myr but room does not comes with proper facility such as towels and itinerary like iron and iron board.
I was only able to get the key at 445pm while i was there waiting for "cleaning " since 4pm.
Will not book again.
Be wary of small prints. There are other costs that they will charge to you on top of what you pay for your booking.

Parking problems
No parking available, have to pay RM25/per day for valet parking. Extra charge RM80 for cleaning fees (if booking with expedia/hotels.com)

Worst management .No cleaners.No amenities as said
So far the worst hotel management I have dealt with. When we reached the accommodation, we found that there is no internet, no TV and swimming pool was out of order (contrast to the website information)!Moreover foot stains were found in the chairs, dusty chairs, left over food waste which were not cleaned and we have to request for cleaning those. There is no management staff to attend any request and the cleaners came almost few hours to clean them.
Since we requested the management for the non-availability of mentioned amenities(TV, Internet and swimming pool) and had dispute during checking-in, the supervisor was not happy and charged 160 Ringgit from us during check-out claiming that the bedsheets were dirty and need chemical cleaning.
Though the facility is new, the management does not have any experience in managing them. Recommend not to book this facility.
