The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful! My check-in & stay felt literally easy! The gym is small & simple but has what you need (better than none) & the rooftop was a nice little touch as well. Would recommend as a budget option for your KL stay

フロントの方々の愛想がとても良く、私が英語を理解していなくても嫌な顔せず、丁寧に接してくださりました。 バスローブがないのとシャワーの温度が上がりにくかったのは少し残念でしたが、部屋は清潔で清掃も行き届いており、快適に過ごせました。 インスタで事前に拝見していたような記念写真も撮ってくださり、素敵な時間を過ごすことができました！ The people at the front desk were very friendly and treated me politely without showing any annoyance even though I didn't understand English. I was a little disappointed that there were no bathrobes and that it was difficult to get the shower temperature up, but the room was clean and well-maintained, so I had a comfortable stay. They even took commemorative photos for me, just like the ones I had seen on Instagram, and I had a wonderful time!

Basic, but good location, friendly reception.

Convenient location. It’s about 3-5 mins walk to KL Sentral Railway (via Nu Sentral) and a 1 min walk from KL Monorail Station. It’s more of a business hotel concept, convenient to get to places. Basic amenities, newly renovated. Love that they offer roti canai / telur and milk tea for breakfast if you choose the option.

The hotel was clean and the staff welcoming. The delux triple room was very cramped. There were several signs saying no alcohol, which was not obvious when booking. The area for breakfast was open to the road and had motorbikes parked in it so, we just left that. Would return.

The location of the hotel is both a good and bad. It is conveniently located at KL Sentral, but the traffic around is terrible. The staff is friendly and the room is clean overall. The breakfast is just bread and coffee at the bistro attached to the hotel. The major issue is the bathroom where the shower area is combined with the toilet area so water can fill up the entire bathroom. It is not the setting we feel comfortable with.

Chose this hotel because it is near KN Sentral - very good for tourists. Low price bought a small but adequate room and very good housekeeping. Breakfast included was in neighbouring Indian restaurant - not my choice of food for breakfast.
