"Very nice space, and it also has a washer/dryer which is super helpful when on long trips, traveling light, or both. I felt safe and here as a safe female traveler - I pretty much walked everywhere and the old city is very cool. I really liked the location of the entrance, which is off the main road so if you’re fumbling and trying to figure things out for entrance it’s very forgiving and provides some grace as a traveler that’s new to the area. I would stay here again."

Metropolo by Golden Tulip

10/10 Excellent

"Second stay and hotel was great as it was first time round"

Farmona Hotel Business & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was fantastic, staff were great and really enjoyed our stay, if I was being picky I would say the free mineral water bottles seem to be topped up in the bedroom daily from a jug rather than a fresh new bottle, the breakfast was amazing, great choices, we never ate in the evening however did try some of the wines, the wines were nice however I think the red polish wine may have gone off but that aside it's a great location with free parking to visit Poland"

Focus Hotel Premium Kraków

8/10 Good

"Hotel room was nice and fairly large. Modern and clean… except for a little mess on my bed when I got there. I let them know though and they immediately corrected the issue. There is a little fridge/mini bar situation and the room service burger and potato wedges were good. It is further from the city center than I imagined but a quick inexpensive uber ride there and back. Not any close stores, it’s kind of in a residential area. I would stay there again though. Very nice place!"

XERION HOTEL

8/10 Good

"We stayed for four nights. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is let down by the bedrooms. We had to ask to be moved as our room on the ground floor had a filthy carpet, curtains coming off the track and grubby bedlinen. The new room was better but had not been cleaned properly the next day. I dropped some conditioner (by accident) on the shower wall and it was still there 2 days later. I don’t think the room had been vacuumed either. On our last evening (Wednesday) the beds had not been made at all. It’s a shame that these details have been missed."
