"Clean rooms and very nice staff"

"The dinner menu was incredible - fine dining at its best. The service was excellent and all the staff are very friendly. It was my 4th anniversary and I requested a romantic turndown with truffles which I paid R85 for. The result was a plate of truffles ontop of the mini bar. No romance what so ever. I raised this when I checked out and no comment was made. I felt like rose petals , candles could have gone a long way and would not pay the R85 again for the experience as there was none."

The staff are great, responsive and efficient. Lots of restaurants around offer plenty of options to eat. "
