Hotel was as expected however every single day we had to visit the front desk because it let's were deactivated.

The room was spotless and the staff was very helpful

The location is great overall. It's very close to the city center, but far enough from the city noise. The building is quite old, so I noticed that part of the floor is slightly slanted and the room layout is a bit strange because of a column. But it gives the place a nice charm. The staff was nice too. If location matters to you, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, just a minute walk from the Hauptplatz - Main Square - with tram and bus connections. Many excellent restaurants and bars in and around the Old City The hotel is excellent - my superior room was spacious and very comfortable. Quiet and good amenities. Staff are friendly and very helpful. A perfect hotel for a beautiful city.

Nice property very new. Staff was accommodating to check us in well after their routine staffing hours.
