We had a basic bedroom with bathroom, it was average for the price we paid. The pension is a bit out of the centre, but only a short walk to the tram stop, where you can catch tram every 10 mins. The pension was quiet. We did not see any staff until we checked out. There was no restaurant or bar area.

The heating turned off overnight, when I complained about that, the hotel recommended me to find another hotel and they wanted to refund the money, they probably don't know the Expedia rules..
The Heating on between 6PM - 10PM (with breaks) regardless of the outside temperature..

Petr communication was amazing. Messaged before and after our trip. The facilities were great. Amazing room. Walkable to all the sites in Prague. Only 5 minute walk to an amazing shopping centre and food court too. Great location overall. Very safe and what a beautiful city Prague is!

The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. They made sure that all our requests were taken care of. The room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Will definitely be coming back.
