子連れ観光にもベストなホテル
お部屋はとても清潔で快適でした。子どもも楽しめるスペースがあり、飽きずに滞在できます。旧市街やヴァベル城も徒歩圏内です。スーパーも歩いてすぐ近くにあるため便利です。トラムの駅も近いので、観光にはベストな立地だと思います。

Proud staffs and rooms.
The hotel is well designed and managed by staffs who are proud of this hotel. The service at breakfast was great. Pool and Gym were good size. Near to the main attractions. Would like to back again.

COP24への参加時に利用しました。
カトヴィツェで開催されたCOP24に参加するため、こちらのホテルに滞在しました。旧市街にも程近く、またCOPの会場に向かうシャトルバスの発着所までもそれなりに近い距離だったので、便利で良かったです。部屋の暖房があまり暖かくなかったことを除けば、概ね快適な滞在でした。

ホテルスタッフは親切で、ホテルも清掃が行き届いており、気持ちの良い滞在が出来ましたが、周辺f道路工事中だったのが残念。

旧市街中心地に位置しているわけではないけれど、そこまで徒歩圏内。ホテル近辺には酒屋、ドラッグストアー、スーパー、ケバブ屋もありとても便利。また行く機会があれば泊まります。

部屋が清潔で、よく寝れました。 日本人にとったらシャワーだけじゃなくてバスタブがあるのは嬉しいところです。 （バスタブはちょっと汚かったけど）

Ideale Lage zur Erkundung von Krakau; Fussweg ca. 10 Minuten bis in die Altstadt; Wawel erreichbar in 5-6 Minuten; an der Weichsel spazieren gehen in ca. 2 Minuten; zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuches war vor dem Novohotel eine Grossbaustelle und die Zufahrt etwas erschwert; Garage kostenpflichtig, aber empfehlenswert; Zimmer sehr gut und geräumig; hatten zwei Zimmer nebeneinander mit Verbindungstüre; Bad grosszügig und ausreichend Handtücher; Mini-Bar zum selbstbefüllen; Frühstück reichhaltig und alles dabei, so dass jeder etwas für sich findet; Pool und Whirlpool mit Bademeisteraufsicht; Spielbereich mit Tischtennis, Billard, Tischfussball und alter Spielekonsole (alles bereits stark abgenutzt); würden wieder dieses Hotel wählen;

We had a lovely stay at Novotel before the holidays. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the rooms were spacious and had a nice welcome message there. The swimming pool, which was a decision determining factor when we booked this hotel, was closed, however. So that was a bummer. The parking was available in the garage below the hotel, which was convenient.

A regular Novotel
Location is connected to the old town, although not most convenient for pedestrians. Probably best if you come by car though. It is a conference hotel after all. Long check-in: no staff at the counter, waited for two minutes until a bar staff, who had a bill to deposit, called a person across in the back office. Executive room is large and comfy, as well as clean. TV was not working (no signal on any TV channel, and the built-in YouTube app was “not available”).

We stayed 3 nights. The pros: the hotel staff were nice, the breakfast is very good and there is a play area for children my 5yr old loved. The cons: I booked this hotel for 2 reasons - the pool and the location on a tram line direct to the old town. The pool was closed for the duration of our stay and the tram line is under construction for probably the next year. Also, the rooms are dated and we received badly stained towels (like with obvious blood stains). So not a good stay overall. We would not book this hotel again.

The hotel is beautiful, looks new, centrally located only a 5 minute walk to the castle and the river and a 10 min walk to city historic centre, the personnel at the reception is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, many options to choose from, the bar was very nice to come back to after a busy day of sightseeing. Water dispenser in every floor is amazing a great plus not many hotels provide. The kids enjoyed the pool and I hope the next time we visit we can book a massage at the spa. Overall we had a great stay and will come back again if visiting Krakow.
