ホテルスタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。朝食はブッフェスタイルで朝6時から可能。内容もよかったです。歩いて30秒のところに小さなスーパーがありますが、11月11日は独立記念日のため、お休みでした。祝日は観光地でもお店は閉じていることが多いので要注意です

Check-In verlief ohne Probleme. Beim parken in der Tiefgarage wurde einem mit dem Auto-Lift geholfen (Der Preis für den Parkplatz ist meiner Meinung nach zu hoch). Zimmer im vierten Stock, Richtung Straße und Weichsel war erstaunlich ruhig bei geschlossenem Fenster. Das Zimmer ansich, typischer B&B Standard > Das Badezimmer war allerdings sehr komisch geschnitten, gerade in der Dusche, die auch gerne schnell den Boden flutete. Die Zimmerreinigung (6 Tage) war gut (bis auf 1x, wo gar nicht gereinigt wurde). Auf Anfrage haben wir zusätzliche Kissen erhalten, danke dafür an das nette Reinigungs Personal - Die Betten sind zwar bequem aber die Kissen zu klein > Auch das Teilen der Bettdecke ist nicht immer gut. Allgemein war das Personal sehr nett, bis auf eine Ausnahme zur späteren Stunde. Die Lage ist für einen Spaziergang an der Weichsel,die Nähe zut Altstadt oder jüdisches Viertel ideal - Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar aber es fahren auch viele Busse und Straßenbahnen direkt vor der Tür. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, war für unsere "Anforderungen" aber zu teuer (Sah aber sehr gut aus!). Eine klare Empfehlung für das Hotel!

I stayed just a few hours because I had a connecting flight, but the hotel was amazing, room super clean,and modern! super close the Wawel castle (literally 10 min walk), will def come back :)

Very clean & tidy in a good location.
It was in a good location. The airport bus stop was across the road as was a good tram stop to the centre. It was also walkable (for me) from the train & bus station. The hotel was very clean. I liked the keycode to enter the room which worked 100% of the time. Excellent shower. Very close by was a mini supermarket. The wi-fi connection was very good except for a short period of time.

The hotel is located over the bridge from the Old Town - about 15 min walking. Breakfast was not included but you could buy it for about $12. I can not say - there is huge varieties of food there, but you will not be hungry. The room looks pretty spacious on the first site, but bathroom is really small and there was not enough towels. There is no safe in the room. About the bed: mattress was too firm for us and there were just two tiny pillows. Overall the property is really clean.

The hotel is beside the river and both the bus stop and tram stop, so this is convenient. Unfortunately there are not very many cafes or restaurants in this area and the hotel only serves breakfast, so this was not convenient. I did find one very good pizza restaurant near the hotel, that is about a 5 minute walk and there is also a French and an Italian restaurant also probably 5 - 10 minutes away, but I did not have time to try them. The hotel also does not provide slippers, so you will need to bring your own and the rooms are kind of small, there is however an electric tea/coffee pot with complimentary packets of coffee and tea and you can purchase basics in the lobby, there is also a Zabka shop across the street if you want to a better selection of products for purchase.

Good place if you get it for a cheap rate
Its good value for money. The standard is comparable to a 3 star hotel. Location is convenient. Curtains that Block out the light would be good for sleeping in. First few nights I got the place for about 50€. That was nice. When I wanted to extended the price went up to 70€. The place is definitly not worth that

unfreundliches Personal, eine Hotelmanagerin die keine Ahnung von ihrer Arbeit hat. Anweisungen zum Betätigen des PKW Fahrstuhl auf polnisch, keine englische Fassung. Bei Ausfahrt müssten alle Insassen den PKW verlassen, obwohl bei Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage es keine Probleme gab.
