Rooms were nice overall cause they were clean. And being new had a modern touch that was nice to have. Location was great from being central to things as it was only a few minutes walk to the Old Town Square and several other key attractions and restaurants. You really are in the heart of it all. You are right across from Wawel Castle even, not often you get to sleep next to a castle. The flaws were that it was very noisy. Our room was right next to the street and the trams ran most of the day (normally stopping around 11PM-4AM). So be ready for noise issues as a possibility unless you maybe can get a room further from the street. The access to room was easy and communication with staff was good. No way to store baggage as we arrived early in to town, so something to note. The staff did get us a space at another building further away to store stuff which was appreciated. But something to note if you need to check in early. Overall nice rooms. Good overall location. Just can be noisy.

Location was great, very close to Wawel castle. The room was clean and looked brand new. The entrance is discrete - Easy to miss. I wouldn't be surprised if we were the first to stay in this room as everything looked and smelled brand new. Unfortunately, probably my mistake, I was not aware there was no lift, which made the 3 flights of stairs to our room with luggage quite difficult. Additionally, workers were in the middle of tiling the main entrance - half tiled upon arrival and wet mud and workers there upon departure. We picked city view and the room would not be ideal for light sleepers due to the tram and lights/ city noise directly below. Additionally, it was situated in a no drop off/pick up zone. I wished there would have been a few more pillows as the ones provided were quite soft and only 1 each, but we found the price very affordable and enjoyed our stay and especially the location. The room was well designed and decorated and it was nice to have access to a mini fridge. I think we would definitely stay again - but maybe pack lighter!
