Hotel is within walking distance of the tourist area and plenty of restaurants options around it. The staff are very helpful. Property itself is clean and well maintained

Location, Location , Location ! I was so happy to have this as a Base to explore Prague. Even with on going construction in the city center, it was close to transit and sites like the Prague National mesuem that were a must visit for my family . I found the staff to be fluent in english and willing and able to assist with minor things. If I could recommend a small addition it would be the procurement of individual steam irons for the rooms. Staff were happy to assist with pressing my clothing however, I would have preferred some independence in this regard. Over all it comes down to would I visit and stay again...Yes definitely . Many thanks to the hotel manager and front desk who were warm and welcoming . Protips - the mini bar is packed with goodies for a fee so keep this in mind if ur thinking to store items in there as u may find there is no space. Also there is an attached resturant . We did not dine for breakfast but did eat lunch which was ok .

Staff did their job. I didn’t feel too comfortable there. They seemed a little off to me but with that being said they did their job.

I wish I could give 5 stars as it's a really nice place. But two crucial elements of staying in a 5-star hotel were not ok for me: sleep and hygiene. Both nights were a nightmare due to people moving above us at night for hours (staff?) and the floors were creaking heavily and loudly. The bath tub had no holder at the wall for the shower head and you could only shower by holding it above your head by yourself - there was also a very flimsy and sticky shower curtain.
