繁華街から少し離れたホテル
長距離バスターミナルから遠く、若干不便。繁華街から少し遠く、歩いて10分程度かかる。ホテルの設備もやや古いが、価格を考えられると妥当。スタッフは親切。

コストに見合ったホテルです。ただ、近場に食べる場所が少ないのが残念です。 スタッフの対応はよかったです。朝食はバラエティー豊かで味もおいしかったです。

便利なホテル
ホテルスタッフはみんな親切。 朝ごはんがラマダン中なこともあり、５時からやっていた。 場所はとても便利な所だった。

概ね快適でした。
駅から少し遠いけど、満足です。プールがあって快適でした。 どこにいくにも便利な場所です。 ロビーのソファがもう少し広いと嬉しいです。

２つ星レベル（中の下）の宿
バス・ステーションから７～８００ｍ、徒歩で約１０分（バスで到着した際、タクシードライバーがＭＲ１０で行くと声をかけてきました）の距離、カルチャーゾーンまでは一直線で徒歩１０分ほどの場所。 周りに食事場所がほとんどない。 道路に面した部屋はバルコニー付ではあるがややうるさい。 タオルはバスタオルのみ、シャンプー＆石鹸はある。ＢＯＴＴＬＥ　ＷＡＴＥＲ２本は無料。ミニバーもある。 チェックイン時、ＭＲ２００のＤＥＰＯＳＩＴ（ＣＲＥＤＩＴ　ＣＡＲＤで可）を求められた。 バスルームはシャワーカーテンがあるが背丈が短いため、床が水浸しになる。 ＷｉＦｉは部屋でも快適に送受信可能。 朝食は最上階の宴会場のような場所でのＢＵＦＦＥＴ。眺めはいいしエアコンも効いている。 ＢＵＦＦＥＴの内容は洋食＋Ｍａｌａｙｓｉａｎ、Ｆｒｕｉｔｓが西瓜だけという点を除けば可。 設備、部屋の広さ、ロケーション等、朝食等々を総合的に評価して、やや高めの宿泊料金だと感じた（尤も、コタバル地区全体の宿泊料が高めのようですが・・・）。

立地は少し悪いけど、フロントの対応はいいです。部屋は少し古く感じ、シャワールームももう少し綺麗だといいんですが。。。でも、朝食は種類も豊富で美味しかったです。

Bedroom was nice, but bathroom needed refurbishment. Very old toilet bowl and shower. Water took very long time to get hot. Breakfast was decent though.

attitude and cleanliness
The recieptionist not very friendly when we arrived. I think there is bed bug as i and ny doughter feels ithcy on the next day.

Could have been better
Smoke smell, with no sound proof and leaking in sink. Just not pleasant experience. But with the price (cheap), it cater all the compulsory facilities.

An affordable hotel in a good location
We spent in hotel just one night and everything was ok. We could use our romm early in the morning, which was very nice.

Polite Staff, Good Price
I am no a type of person that have time to give feedback, but this hotel deserve mine. Hotel staff are very polite, willing to give us check in early because we are really tired after 7 hour drive to Kota Bharu. Breakfast buffet food are delicious. The room is comfy. Parking provided. In town, very close to Pasar Siti Khadijah and other interesting places. Definitely will check in this hotel again if i go to Kota Bharu.

Hmm.. Okay la.. (just nice)..
The room is just nice for sleeping. The window is facing inside an 'air shaft' so what you can see is 4-corner of walls. Funny I got this; against the 'room on highest floor with panorama view' I requested on-line. What a fate..!! But, I enjoyed the breakfast menu even though they're just simple local dishes.

The "Nasty" inn
We had only been in the hotel for less than a minute and the staff started lying to us, the first of many. The room smelt of smoke with an overpowering stretch of damp and fowl plumbing, it is the first time we have had to go out to buy air freshener for a room. The room was not equipped as described on Expedia, when I asked for the equipment they told me my favorite lie, that Expedia had written the room spec. After showing them how ridiculous their suggestion was they told me they would ring the manager, another lie. After some time I had not heard back from them so I went back to reception told them I would stay there until the manager came to speak to me, the issue was partly resolved. However the room was still a depressing prison like room with no natural light or fresh air. Inferior room but in no way a superior room. Breakfast is difficult to fully describe, the food was inedable and the tea / coffee undrinkable. Only went to breakfast once, once too many times. All in all staying here was a very unpleasant experiance avoid if you don't want the same, it truly is a Nasty hotel.

We spent a night there to reach Kuala Besut the day after. The receptionist told us there was no way to go there but a 90 minute taxi ride and that he could arrange the trip for us. We said "no thanks" and found there's a bus going there with a few RM departuring just behind the hotel. They gave us a stinky rooms for smokers. The room was dirty. A boxer over the lamp was there to welcolme. Small windows on the dark (really, in was something like a well). No shower courtains. The bathroom was a pool after a shower.

AVOID! Faulty towers in Kota Bharu exists!
AVOID! The photo's of the rooms must have been from either another hotel, or from the 80's as our rooms were different, dirty, smelly (of smoke) and not at all close to the image presented. The reception was unable to provide even the easiest info (where can I get some ice!?), nor did they read our request for an extra bed, so we had to wait to get our son to rest. The area is bad, nothing in close worth while mentioning. Overall, this was our worst hotel in 3 months of travel so far! AVOID!

Just for overnight stop
This is our 2nd times stay at this hotel & guess what? In the same deluxe room. Room is to small for 2 adults & 1 kid (without window). Breakfast request to top up for the sandwich but not available. Overal ok to stay at this hotel.

Centrally located.
This is the older hotel of the Dynasty branch so if you want to stay in a newer place then it is located in Wakaf Che Yeh. Check in was prompt, the room, a Deluxe with twin room was small minus a fridge, safety deposit box and a hair drier. TV reception was erratic with 3 channels from Thailand. Breakfast was filling with a view of the town. Wifi was not available from my room on the 4th floor but I did not bother to inquire at the lobby. The staff were friendly but the room was too small, I did inquire on the bigger Exexcutive Room but it was fully booked, you need to pay an additional RM30.00 for that which comes with a small fridge.. travelling around was a breeze and there were ample parking space albeit it was an open air parking area. Suitable for the budget minded, just for a place to rest and keep your stuffs after shopping but nothing more.

DONT TRUST THE PICTURE
I book the executive room thingking of spacious and luxury accomodation since the room is called executive room. But the room is so small.. no cupboard.. the furniture is from the 90s.. the toilet also from 90s.. the aircond is working but not properly.. thank god the room is clean.. the breakfast provided is very minimal.. overall.. it is more a motel than a hotel..

You get what you pay for.
The Housekeeping Dept should pay a little attention to the cleanliness. The bathroom sink was filthy dirty. Towels were bad just like cleaning rugs and should be thrown away. The were replaced in the subsequent nights when we complained. Front Desk staff were nice and responded positively to our complaint. Food for Breakfast could be improved.
