"The house is ok but cold in april. After we complaint we got a heater and table for the livig room ... much better than! Very dificult to find the house the first time. Owners are nice people. Most stores are closed in april ... how shall kos have tourists early in the year. On the other hand... a nice island"

"Setting and views are amazing from terrace, a few steps from the sea. Excellent communication from the owner and her sister Maria who is available at the mini golf next door. Lovely surprises left to welcome us. Very warm and helpful people. Kitchen facilities are enough to make a basic meal, iron, travel hairdryer, kettle, small oven with 2 hot plates, toastie maker (not toaster) etc. Entrance is opposite Niriides Beach Hotel (give that address if using transfer service from airport). "The entire stay was nothing but amazing! From the warmhearted staff, the beautiful apartment, the grounds of Olympia, the location and especially the helpfulness of Marion and Costas. We travelled with 3 adults and a small chilf of 20months and all our needs were not only met but exceeded. I can only recommend staying at Olympia! It was a dream vacation and all 4 of us returned home relaxed, happy and wiht a big smile on our faces. THANK YOU!"

"Das Appartement war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden, Küche, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage etc. Die Einrichtung ist typisch griechisch, hier und da gibt es ein paar kleinere Schäden, die aber nicht weiter schlimm sind. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und sehr bemüht. Maria kann leider kein Englisch aber mit Händen und Füßen klappte die Kommunikation ganz gut :) Es gibt eine super schöne Terrasse auf der man abends gemütlich sitzen kann. Bedenken sollte man allerdings dass man hier...

"As a family group of 5 adults we all had a fantastic time at the Kos Divine. Everything was catered for. The staff were very friendly and we particularly liked the roof top bar in the evening. Would highly recommend. "

"Property perfectly sited in heart of Mastichari. Welcome at airport by Michael and son. No criticism whatsoever as they made us feel welcome. Problem is with the local authorities who for many years have allowed the area around the pier to smell strongly of raw sewage. I feel very sorry for owners such as Michael who, try their best but seem to be hampered by a local authority who do not care."
