After a speedy arrival at the airport we were swiftly in the Zouboulia apartment Very clean, actually had a shower cubicle…no more water all over bathroom floor. It’s fabulous location on the edge of town and direct to the beach.would highly recommend

Superb 😎

1st time at Zouboulia after goin to Kos around 10-12 times over the years. I wasnt disappointed! The room was very spacious and clean and right next to the pool, which was the perfect temperature.The bar snacks at the pool are the best ive EVER had in Kardamena. Also the location is fantastic, very close to the harbour for boat trips, and the beach. Will definitely be coming back without doubt. Loved it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pool was nice x bed were easy to get, negative things was we were on front of hotel with young child x noise of traffic x clubs emptying all through night, should put young people in are room not a family. And had to keep asking for a toilet roll x towels were not changed enough,x floors needed cleaning while we was there x never got done x not even a mop there to do it myself,x soft drinks x milk shakes were rediculous price , probably the worst hotel I have stayed in.

Posizione ottima. Pulizia eccellente, fatta tutti i giorni tranne la domenica. Abbiamo prenotato una camera con determinate caratteristiche ma che non abbiamo trovato. (Es. Box doccia). Non abbiamo fatto storie perché anche richiedendola dal vivo la risposta della proprietaria è stata " il bagno della vostra camera è un box doccia.. tutto nuovo ". ( 2 pareti a muro 1 a vetro e nient'altro come chiusura). Conseguenza? acqua ovunque. Ci hanno salvato solo le pulizie giornaliere le quali ci cambiavano tutti i giorni il tappetino doccia. Piano cottura elettrico non utilizzabile anche per la mancanza di utensili/pentole sufficienti. Camera piccola e poco funzionale/attrezzata. Niente tv. Condizionatore ok. Impossibilità di lavare i panni, se non in città e a pagamento. Assenza del minimo indispensabile come sapone per le mani o tovaglioli da cucina (abbiamo comprato tutto noi). Lenzuola e asciugamani sempre forniti e pulitissimi. Piscina a disposizione, ma mai utilizzata. I gestori li abbiamo visti solo ai check e ogni tanto in citta. Poca comunicazione. Con qualche miglioramento potrebbe essere un buon alloggio, ma per ora non lo è. Peccato.

It was a great find. Family run and in a great location close to the centre with lots of restaurants and bars. Lovely pool with cafe offering breakfast, snacks and drinks.In the evening there was also a bar. Really pleased with the studio apartment. Also Kardamena was a grest resort.

Excellent location close to all the action.

As with most apartments in Greece these are basic but there is everything you need with a nice pool and poolside bar. The location is excellent with a large supermarket on the doorstep and loads of pubs and restaurants nearby.
