"The property is conveniently located to public transportation and shops. They provide a great breakfast and nice mocktails in the afternoon for guests The rooms are clean. The staffs are very helpful and willing to help direct you in the right direction to your outing. Beautiful rooftop bar to view the city."

"The hotel was very well maintained, and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. They were happy to bring my luggage to my room, arrange a taxi, and provide directions whenever I needed help getting to my destination. The massage was excellent and very relaxing, which was a wonderful addition to the stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet at The Glass Court was delicious, with a great variety of choices. The only downside was the laundry. When washing clothes at the hotel, they took quite a long time to dry, and some items still needed to be laid out to finish drying. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Shinjuku in the future. The friendly staff, clean accommodations, relaxing massage, and delicious breakfast made for a very enjoyable experience."
