My only complaint was the lack of a shuttle to get us to the airport. We walked with our bags (about 15 minute walk), a shuttle was advertised so we expected it to be available, and were disappointed it wasn't. Otherwise the hotel was great.

Clean and basic but not the best check in experience and quite busy. Have to store your own luggage in a random basement room. Close to everything so 10/10 for location.

The room was okay but there was no air con and only a few fans. My friends had to shower in another room because there was no water in their room. Staff was okay but there was no mention of an elevator to get our bags in and out. Seemed clean enough and we were aware it would be small. They ran out of most breakfast food by the time we were ready to eat. It was only one night but I don’t think I’d ever stay there again.
