Hot hot hot

The hotel was very central and convenient for all tourist attractions. The room itself was nice but with the lack of aircon made it uncomfortable, the temperature was in the high 20s and made sleeping impossible, opening the windows made it even more impossible with the sound of seagulls, trains, motorbikes and cars, was just crazy noises and unbearably hot.

Frühstück hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können, Personal Veranda Café war am 31.12. nicht so auf Zack -- hätte aufmerksamer sein können, Massage war sehr gut, Bereich um den Pool viel zu klein, Parken nur gegen Gebühr -- 12 € / Tag und BAR -- ruhige Lage, nur ab und zu sind "Hupen" der Züge zu hören, generell aber zum Schlendern auf der Promenade zur Seebrücke toll gelegen, jede Menge Shops, Restaurants, Imbisse in der Nähe

Uns hat besonders das sehr umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffett gefallen. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen- man ist schnell am Strand, am Bahnhof oder an der Promenade. Es ist ein ruhiges Haus- sehr angenehm.

Waren das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Dieses Mal war eine Baustelle nebenan und da war ab 7.00 Uhr keine Ruhe mehr. Leider mussten wir am vorletzten Tag auch noch ein anderes Zimmer beziehen da eine Reparatur an der Wasser erfolgte. Aber das kommt ja nicht immer vor. Im Ganzen, würde ich dieses Hotel immer wieder empfehlen.

Alles bestens,bis auf die kurzangebundene,schroffe Art der Barkeeperin,die uns um 22.00 die Gläser wegnahm und das Licht auslöschte!!Hotelbar bereits um22.00 zu schliessen, fanden wir nicht gastfreundlich! P.S das Duschwasser kam erst schwarz oder manchmal gar nicht mehr raus! Was passieren kann,aber wir vermissten die dementsprechende aufklärende Kommunikation

Sehr ruhige Lage in Kolberg. In 150 Metern ist man an der Promenade und weitere 50 Meter am wunderschönen Strand . Die Information an der Rezeption was das Bufet am Abend betraf war leider falsch. Uns wurde gesagt 49,00 Zloti pro Person, da hatten wir zugestimmt. Die Abrechnung kam jedoch über 94,00 Euro pro Person. Das fanden wir überteuert für das Angebot. Ansonsten ist es dort wirklich sehr ruhig und erholsam mit einem netten, kleinen Wellnessbereich. Wir würden dort wieder buchen.

Das Gebäude ist einfach zauberhaft, wie ein viktorianisches Herrenhaus. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sehr gemütlich und hübsch. Ich hatte das Glück auch einen Balkon zu haben, mit Tisch und Stühlen, auf dem man den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen konnte. Das Gebäude ist quasi in 3 Flügel aufgeteilt, das Hauptgebäude mit Rezeption in der Mitte, links der Restaurant- und Frühstücksbereich, in den oberen Stockwerken ebenfalls Zimmer. Rechts ist im Untergeschoss das Schwimmbad und ab Erdgeschoss bis zum Dach Zimmer. Der Rechte Flügel hatte seinen eigenen Eingang und ist im Untergeschoss mit dem Hauptgebäude verbunden, so dass man sich auch bei schlechten/kalten Wetter trocken und warm durch das Gebäude bewegen konnte. Barrierefrei ist das Gebäude leider nicht, obwohl sich in allen Bereichen ein Lift befindet. Aber durch die Außentreppen ist es für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht zugänglich. Ich fand das Personal sehr nett und auch hlfsbereit, von der Rezeption, über die Zimmerdamen und auch im Resraurant/Frühstücksbereich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker und was für mich ganz wichtig...der Kaffee ist gut, auch wenn sich die Auswahl auf reinen Kaffee oder Cappuccino beschränkt. Der Pool und Saunabereich hat einen eigenen Bademeister, der dort für Ordnung und Wohlbefinden sorgt. Alles in Allem ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man vor allem einen Kurzurlaub bevorzugt. Auszusetzen habe ich lediglich, mangelnde Raucherbereiche und fehlende Mülleimer im Zimmer.

Dejligt hotel tæt på stranden ,promenaden og restauranter , der snakkes Polsk og Tysk på hotellet ( ikke meget for at snakke Engelsk) dejlig Spa/massage ,udemærket morgen mad . mulighed for at låne liggestol ( mod betaling) ,parkering kister 50zt pr døgn, alt i alt et godt hotel , vil gerne komme tilbage

RUDE service at front desk, lack of service at bar, rooms small and outdated with stickers over furniture as a poor attempt to look newer, no parking available (got parking ticket while speaking with the front desk), no AC so had to keep window open allowing cigarette smoke form people outside to pour in. Breakfast was the only good part.
