In only 6 minutes by car we can reach the beach in Kołobrzeg, next to which there is also the historic Aleksander Fredro Park with an amphitheatre. 850 metres is the distance of the flat from Ekopark Wschodni, which is an extraordinary place with, stunning landscapes, unique vegetation and rare animal species. The city centre can be reached in just 7 minutes by car, there are many historical buildings and other numerous attractions of Kolobrzeg, such as for example the oceanarium or the Amber Museum.
