Our luxury Poolside Villas were opened in December 2008 and offer all of the amenities that you could desire for convenience and comfort. Our gourmet kitchens are large with Wolf and Sub Zero appliances and fully stocked from cookware to service and tableware to make eating in a breeze.
We have added designer furnishings throughout and have the rare amenity of central A/C for additional comfort in a tropical climate. The Lanai extend your living area outdoors to enjoy the lush tropical island and breezes.
For those days you would like to relax by the pool, we have a beautiful pool area, hot tub with cascading waterfall as well as barbecue grills to enjoy your own Hawaiian BBQ.

Our property is centrally located in the Poipu area just a short 5 minute stroll away from Poipu or Brennecke Beach. Along the pathway to the beach you will find Brennecke's Beach Broiler and Brennecke's Deli, which offer wonderful lunch and dinner dishes. A 7 minute walk in the opposite direction will lead you right to Shipwreck Beach and the Grand Hyatt. The Grand Hyatt resort contains many dining options, as well as a Starbucks, which make island life even more relaxing.
A 5 minute drive will take you to different shopping Villages, The Poipu Shopping Village, poipushoppingvillage.com, and The Shops at Kukuiula, https://www.theshopsatkukuiula.com. Both shopping centers offer a variety of dining and shopping options. A 5 minute drive, or 20 minute walk, will also find you Historic Old Koloa Town, http://www.oldkoloa.com/. Old plantation buildings have been carefully renovated into shops and restaurants, making Old Koloa Town a must see while on the south shore. Koloa Town also contains a Big Save grocery store, which the perfect place to stock up on essentials for your stay.
Our property is a 20 minute drive away from the Lihue airport, a 25 minute drive away from the Western Shore and Port Allen. An hour and half drive will lead you to the North Shore and the Napali Coast.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the beachfront Villas at Poipu Kai community in Koloa, Hawaii, this villa is in an incredible spot to explore Kuaui. Within the community itself, you’ll have access to an incredible pool and waterfall hot tub nestled within beautifully landscaped grounds, a fully equipped fitness center, and eight championship tennis courts.
The villa is also just a quick walk down the path to the beach! Brennecke’s Beach, famous for its sea turtles, is extremely close to the villa. With smaller waves close to shore, it’s perfect for families and beginner boogie-boarders and surfers.
Poipu Beach, ranked one of the best beaches in the world, is also walkable from the villa. With fine white sand, turquoise waters, and a natural wading pool enclosed by lava rock, it’s a favorite family-friendly spot for snorkeling and boogie boarding.
If you love to hike, visit Shipwreck Beach, also within walking distance from the villa. Follow the trail up the limestone cliffs to Mahalapu Beach to experience one of the best places to watch the sunset.
Koloa Landing is also close to the villa. With beautiful coral reefs, sea turtles, parrotfish, tangs, and more, it’s one of the most popular spots for scuba diving and snorkeling on the island of Kauai.
When you need a break from the beach, hike or bike the area’s extensive trails, visit Poipu Shopping Village or Old Koloa Town, go on a ziplining adventure, stroll through the National Tropical Botanical Garden and other conservation areas, discover excellent nearby restaurants, or go to a show at a nearby resort to enjoy live island-style music.
Getting Around:
The closest airport is Lihue Airport (LIH ~15 mi). Once you arrive, you can rent a car to fully enjoy the island or take car transportation to the villa and explore by bicycle or even on foot if you plan to simply enjoy the beach!
