"Was not told there is no hot water. Asked for a 4am wake up call and didn't get one until 4:30am. The front desk guy said he was busy when asked why he didn't call when specific asked for. Asked for a to go breakfast but did not get one. If you want poor customer service ,no hot water and staff to busy to attend to the customer needs this is a hotel for you. I will never go back to this hotel again."
