"Vietimme mukavan viikonlopun Karkkilassa Tehtaan Hotellin Punaisessa talossa. Huone oli todella siisti ja kodikas. Sisäänkirjautumiseen sai selkeät ohjeet sähköpostiin. Aamiainen toimitettiin yhteiskeittiön jääkaappiin ja sen sai nauttia oman aikataulunsa mukaan. Aamiaislaatikko sisälsi kaiken tarpeellisen ja tuotteet olivat herkullisia. Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja palvelu hyvää. Hotellin ympäristö on erittäin kaunis ja Valimomuseo sijaitsee aivan vieressä. Kävelymatkan päässä on uimaranta ja Ala-Emali palveluineen. Lämpimästi suosittelen Tehtaan Hotellia kaikille!"

"Ei keksitä nyt yhtäkkiä mitään moitetta. Jos olisi ollut lämpimämpi ilma, olisi huoneessa varmaan ollut tukalaa, mutta nyt sai nukkumislämpötilan oikein sopivaksi. Aamiainen oli perus hyvä, ei ihmeellisyyksiä, mutta kaikille varmana löytyi jotain. Huone oli hyvän kokoinen ja siisti, käytävillä oli mukavia nurkkauksia oleiluun. Hotellin sijaintihan on aivan huippu, todella rauhallista ja hiljaista. Polkuja Nuuksion metsiin lähtee heti pihapiiristä ja ikkunoista kuului vain linnun laulua. "

"Our first christmas away with the kids and two friends. We arrived late evening and had to change the batteries in the fire alarm. But we didn’t initially complain about this because we are not usually the moaning type. The next morning we explored the property more, we went down to the sauna and hot tub area which although was nice we were greeted by a broken shower which had a high pressure constant leak. Which meant we couldn’t use the facilities properly in that area. We then contacted josh and he said he would get his maintenance team on it asap. We thought great no more drama we can enjoy ourselves. However this wasn’t the end of it. Josh then told us to stop the leak by using a knife instead of sending the team, i tried this which slightly worked but water kept coming out. Two more days went by with no resolution for the fault we then told him the leak was worse and it was kicking out really hot water and his response was, i can’t believe you have not stopped the leak. which is absolutely shocking when we paid just under 3k for our stay. This leak then effected the pressure in the house which meant we had no hot water for the kids to shower in, the washing machine kept saying a fault code, the toilet also wouldn’t fully flush and to top it off the seat was faulty. The shower was not fixed until the last evening even tho he promised it would be done much sooner. No apology or offer of partial refund and still ongoing. Have pics, vids and screenshots as evidence. poor!"

"Hotel is clean, spacious and feels luxurious. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and had a balcony. Buffet breakfast was included and had a good selection. Gym and pool have extra charge, the gym was clean and functional."
