Quick and easy check in for a very late (1am) arrival. Simple but comfortable and well equipped apartment. Sadly I wasn't there long enough to try out all the amenities but I saw longer term guests and residents using the work and leisure spaces.

Perfect location for summer stay with my daughter: so many excellent food choices and shopping options and attractions. Easy walk to the beach and the market for ferries and numerous museums as well as rail and busses (in the mall).
It would be noisy in the morning with windows open in the summer, as the streets are cleaned at like 5 AM and construction started as well, but it was really quiet in the apartment with everything shut, and the AC worked great in the short times we used it.
Balcony is as it looks, and it's really special. Easy to open windows. We really enjoyed the couch, chair, and dining table, people-watching below. The place was very clean and comfortable.
Couple quirks: there were only 2 forks in the otherwise well-supplied kitchen. There are 2 microwaves, but only one worked. When we arrived, the place was very clean, but only one bed was made. Easy fix.
Communication was very friendly and perfect (easy to organize a late checkout for 15 Euro an hour online), except they did not have a passkey for the direct-mall-access elevator, which I'd read about in other reviews. No problem.
Overall, it was exceptional.

This Hilton was an excellent choice to stay at just outside of Helsinki. It was 20 minutes from the airport so it was conveniently located.
Nice to have a restaurant on the premises for dinner.
Breakfast had a good variety at a pleasant venue.
Good parking facility.
I would recommend the Hilton Kalastajatorppa for a stay outside of Helsinki.

"The hotel is beautiful and offers a great breakfast as well. If you sign up for breakfast at check-in, you get a discount as well. Centrally located, you are walking distance for many of the attractions Helsinki offers. Highly highly recommend!"
