Enjoyed our 6 day stay at Mercure. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel backs on to the beach, which needs a clean up some rubbish around. Nice hotel, but could do with slight up dating partially the deco.

Great location, excellent service.

Great location, excellent service from the staff, good food at the restaurant. When we had the hotel arrange transportation, however, we paid more than if arranged ourselves.

Nice and relaxing

We stayed for 5 nights. It's a nice hotel about 1km from Lamai beach. They have their own beach that is smaller, but still nice. For us it was perfect since we wanted to stay in a bit quiet area, but still not too far away from the busy area. Service was great from start to end.

tolles Hotel mit schönen,großen Zimmern. Direkt am traumhaften Strand.Mehrmals täglich gibt es einen kostenlosen Shuttle nach Lamai Stadt. Sehr freundlich und sehr sauber. Die Poolanlage ist sauber und der Pool groß genug zum schwimmen. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und für jedem was dabei.

Hotellet är bra, lugnt läge utanför centrum. Finns gratis transfer till centrum. Bra standard på rummen. God frukost med bra utbud. Kommer gärna tillbaka hit

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel. Wir waren 10 Nächte dort. Es is sauberes Hotel und ein sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Hotel. In den ersten nächten war in der nähe ein Festival, aber die Musik war im 23/24 Uhr immer aus. Gerne wieder. Lg

Only downside of the property is the location, it’s quite a distance from Lamai beach. There is a free shuttle service, however, it only runs in the afternoons. If you want to spend a full day on the beach then you will need to make your own way there in the morning. Hotel itself is amazing though, absolutely no complaints.

Location is okay. Slightly away from Lamai beach, beach isn’t the best which is a shame. Pool area is good, when we stayed it was quiet and no need to panic over seats. Positives are the freaky staff/ manager, but basic in terms of everything. We stayed at 3 hotels at Koh Samui and this was the worst by far.

Die Lage, besonders der Services und Zimmerausstattung waren super! Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut und hat für angenehme Luft zum schlafen gesorgt ohne zu pusten. Die Geräusche von der Ringstr.waren nicht schlimm, dafür der Blick aus dem Zimmer toll! Fast alle Zimmer haben Meerblick. Mit Massgepreise direkt am Hotelstrand sind für Hotel-Spas mit 350 Bath ziemlich günstig. Es gibt einen kostenlosen,schnellen Shuttle nach Lamai.

Wasn’t what we were expecting for 4 star. More like a 2 star. Located on a busy, loud road. Would not refund us as it was booked with Expedia. We didn’t even stay the night, we moved to another beautiful hotel/resort.

So so hotel with improvements needed in term of upkeep, maintenance, large area of concrete walkway to the pool broken with uneven steps ,room cleanliness spotty. Staff however very prompt and tries hard to remedy, solve some issues.

I had the most amazing 9 days at Mercure in Koh Samui and can’t wait to return, after 5 weeks non stop travelling around Southeast Asia I was SO happy to be welcomed at Mercure. The whole stay was easy from the contact for collection from the airport to drop of back to the airport the hotel staff were amazing, friendly& always happy.The Hotel is beautiful & super clea, the food is superb, the area is lovely and room was perfect. Only bad thing was I had to leave to fly home to snow. But Mercure I will be back soon and can not wait. Thank you all for making my stay relaxing , enjoyable& very pleasant.

This has to be one of the best hotels I have ever styed in, this hote was clean and very good location, staff are so friendly including both managers who assisted us and welcomed us with arms wide open, however the service we all received from Poh from front house was exceptional excellent, she went up and beyond for our stay and made us so happy in fact we was all sad to leave because she done so much good to us all thank you so much, Poh you have made Thailand a holiday to remember thank you so much.

Great, clean accommodation with amazing service

It was a lovely resort on the beach with great sun lounging facilities either at the pool or facing the lovely sea! The breakfast buffet was nice touch to an average, but clean, room. The only thing left to be desired is the location as there isn’t really anything surrounding the resort but the hotel does provide a shuttle service into the center

Bodde på mericure några nätter innan vi bestämde oss för att hitta ett bättre boende. Hotellet är OK, tyvärr inte mer än så. Tråkig frukost & stranden utanför var väldigt dålig. Fick åka in till lamai eller caweng varje dag som kväll för sol och middag och även för att handla vatten m.m till hotellrummet då det inte fanns något i närheten. Det som drar upp betyget är helt klart städningen utav rummet och servicen på hotellet!

Personalet var ubehøvlet, og brugte ofte udtrykket farang om gæsterne hvilket er et nedsættende yderst racistisk udtryk.. derudover slagter de koen frem for at malke den.
