"Booked this property 3 days before my stay. The confirmation was confirmed I Flew from Delhi to Kochi and then drove 4 hours to the property. The property manager was nowhere to be found! VRBO WAS NO HELP AT ALL.! The automated message kept saying contact the property manager I want a full refund and need to be reimburse for my flight and drive to this scam property.! "This is an amazing property for family and people living to rest and restore. Very supportive staff and courteous caretakers. Food was delicious and served in a best possible ways. This is not a hotel but a home to stay peacefully with all the amenities to make you feel home. I would thank the owner of the property who administrate this level of quality in service and consistency."

"It was a worst experience staying in Lumino, I was charged extra than the money I paid online. But paying that also it was a worst experience. Bed springs where gone, bathroom locks where broken, bathroom door was half broken, tv didn’t work, pathetic smell, worst staff behaviour and their body language, 6*3 bathroom size worst to the core, overall very terrible experience "
