There was no AC, no curtains, there was no hair dryer despite the description, the TV did not work. The owner avoided us when we called them. The room was very hot all day. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; the description photos showed a completely different bed, in reality the bed was a reclining sofa. We had the penthouse, and the stay was perfect. Beautiful, expansive views of the cathedral and an impressive space with all the room amenities that you could need, including a fridge, espresso maker and dishwasher. The breakfast buffet was amazing, the best that we had during our entire trip across Poland.
