「This house was everything I hoped for. It was so well thought out, small, but charming and completely appointed with everything you need. Clean, cute, comfortable. And the host is so quick to respond anytime we had a question. We definitely want to return. We were there 4 days and did not even get to do all of the things we would like to. The horses came by almost every day. I would recommend this Cozy cottage off the beaten path anytime to anyone.」

「Had a great time at the beach but also at the house! Kids loved the pool and hut tub . Restaurant recommendations were really good. Wish the house was closer to the beach but with the trolley system it’s definitely easier. Thank you Melissa ! 」

「I had originally rented the place for Fourth of July. Very last minute as our rental home was booked.. even more last minute ours canceled and Josie was gracious enough to allow our friends to stay there in lieu of us. I thought that was so kind of her to allow us to do that. I was told they thought it was very nice. Best of luck to you in the future.」

「The house was wonderful. We dont travel often because I am super nervous about accommodations being clean. This house was exceptionally clean. I was very pleased. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen for our week long stay. We loved that there was beach chairs and an umbrella for our use. Beds were comfortable. We saw some horses in the yard but over all we only saw about 10 the entire week. We were hoping the baby turtles were going to make their appearance while we were there but...
