「The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely and the towels were amazing. It was great to have the restaurant and bar right downstairs.」

「The location was amazing for site seeing and close to lots of shops/restaurants and pubs. The bar on site had live music and friendly staff. The bus depo is right across the street and we took it daily to visit other little towns. The room we had was quite small but very clean. There is no fridge but that seems the norm in Ireland. The bed was comfortable BUT the pillows were so thin and hard. Overall a very nice stay 」

「Only negative was that there wasn't an elevator. Staff in the bar/restaurant were very friendly and provided great service. Reception staff helped with baggage due to some of us being a bit incapacitated.」

「The dining room didn't smell so great, very musty. The room was pretty cold, even trying to turn on the heat. The Breakfast was great, the hosts were friendly. A bit of confusion on checking in, she did not seem to have the reservation, but explained the next morning that she had recently changed her email, so went to the junk folder. No problem getting in the room however.」

「This is a wonderful place to stay. Great location shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. We had breakfast there, was very good. The bartenders in the bar are amazing. We were there on a very busy Saturday nite, personable and great service. The only thing to be aware of is the steps. The reception is on the 2nd floor. But the staff offered to and did carry our bags to our room and out again when we left. Wonderful stay.」

「Had I known that the room and where we needed to register were in two separate locations (10 minute walk in the rain) I would not have booked this place. Parking was said to be easily accessible on the street was not true at the time. Other than that, the room was acceptable.」
