「Front desk staff helpful. No lift so stairs to rooms but staff did carry luggage. Convenient location, lovely dinner in bar. Close to Irwin’s for drinks and music. Not sure why but we were told not to drink tap water and had to carry water from bar. Very close to Cahir castle.」

Unfortunately, with an ambient temperature of less than 14 Deg C in the area, and as there was no central heating or availability of a space room heater, the whole night was very cold for us and ended up with a sore throat, despite two layers of blanket over the quilt. It may be normal for locals, but for visitors from warmer part of the world, it`s very uncomfortable.」
