Saas im Prättigau 7 km from Klosters: Rustic, comfortable cottage "Im Rach", 980 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 1900, renovated in 2023. On the outskirts, 700 m from the centre, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 7 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property, garden 100 m2. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house, single garage at the house. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Saas im Prättigau" 500 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Cable car 7 km, ski lift 7 km, skisport facilities 7 km, slopes 7 km, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 7 km, sled run 7 km, ice rink 7 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Klosters Madrisa 7 km, Klosters/Davos Parsenn 9 km. Please note: main road close by.
7-room house 160 m2 on 3 levels. Comfortable and rustic furnishings: living room, ceiling height 180 - 200 cm, Low door height 170 cm with cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the patio. Dining room. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with cable TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 french bed and cable TV (flat screen). Bath/shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 sofabed. Playroom. Wooden floors. Patio 30 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (3), covered balcony, box-room. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking, garage at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.

Excellent Week in Seas close to Klosters

Overall, very beautifully restored Farmhouse with all modern amenities (Bathrooms & kitchen very modern with all necessary utilities and equipment). She rooms (as described) have the traditional low ceiling. We were 5 people and had plenty of room and space. Recommendation for the future: one more sofa in the living room and reading lights on the bedsides would be great). We are definitely considering coming again. Many thanks, Michael
