Quietly located in a small residential area, the holiday apartment for two people, which was completely renovated in 2018, is located on the lower floor of the owner's house. There is a salt grotto with café in the immediate vicinity, the Müritz is approx. 500 m away, Waren (Müritz) as a tourist centre is approx. 5 km away and the Fleesensee holiday resort with golf and wellness facilities is approx. 8 km away. (Beautiful cycle tour through the forest.)



The approx. 55 square metre, age-appropriate, non-smoking apartment with separate entrance is centrally heated (underfloor heating) and has insect screens on the windows. It is equipped with a large living room (leather couch, TV armchair, flat screen TV, radio/CD), an open-plan kitchen (dining table, oven, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower (flush to the floor!) and WC.



There is also a furnished terrace (accessible from the bedroom and living room) and part of the garden, barbecue, bicycle storage facilities and a storage room and free WiFi. A car park is approx. 40 m away, the private carport can be used for loading and unloading.



The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.



The state-approved resort of Klink - charmingly situated on an isthmus between the Müritz (Germany's largest inland lake) and the Kölpinsee - has developed into a popular holiday destination. The spa town of Waren (Müritz) is only approx. 6 km away and can be easily reached by bus or boat.



In Klink there is a castle worth seeing, several bathing beaches, a landing stage for passenger boats, a marina, boat and bicycle hire, a mini-golf course, a salt cave and restaurants.



The popular and well-known Müritz cycle route runs directly through the village and can be combined with trips on the passenger boat. There is a fitness trail and a healing forest about 1 kilometre from Klink near the rehabilitation clinic, which is open to the public. The municipality is also a partner of "Müritz Rundum". This means that guests are transported free of charge on certain bus routes in the Müritz region. Golf, fitness, wellness, sauna and swimming pool can be found in Göhren-Lebbin (approx. 12 km), the motorway access is approx. 17 km away.
